Founded June 19, 2019, BWISE is a collective of prodigious Black women changing the face of leadership across our industries by engaging with one another and empowering ourselves as change-agents, decision-makers, and leaders. We will address racialized sexism and disparities within the gender equity paradigm across sports and entertainment. Together, as a network, we are stronger. Through purposeful programming and strategic alliances with like-minded individuals and organizations, our collective will be uniquely positioned and privy to advancement opportunities.
