Brewdog has just lost its BCorp status due to toxic culture. How did this happen? Every business can benefit enormously from an intentionally designed culture. But most businesses don't think about their culture until it's too late ( or until the BBC makes a documentary about how toxic their workplace is). This can result in loss of customers ( see Balenciaga), employees (see Twitter), partnerships ( see Kanye West), and ultimately cause its death ( ciao Blockbusters I'm thinking of you), status ( Brewdog ).
