We bring outward families inward by way of strengthening family relationships! We are a New York State non-profit philanthropic foundation with a 509(a)(2) Public Charity Status who focuses on the betterment of the adoption process and connecting extended families. We are exempt from the NYS Federal Income Tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). Donors can deduct contributions they make to us under IRC Section 170. We are qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, and/or 2522. We have plans to expand to an NGO for global funding. This foundation intends to use mobile apps and SaaS (Software as a Service) for e-learning of genealogy and family tree lineage from safe distances. We would like to investigate medical cognitive testing to improve the adoption process.
