We set up the foundation by implementing a business system called Entrepreneurs Operation System (EOS) and then we work with the leadership team by discussing where they wan the company to go. Sometimes that is to scale the business and sell, or double revenue year over year, or be apart of a “roll up” of similar companies in order to sell all or partially to private equity.
