The Creative RestoBar artichoke [ canteen ] was born out of the love and passion for creating a location destination for people to feel at home, unwind and relax and get inspired by an environment, which speaks to all 5 senses - combining art, culture, design, nature and with International Vegetarian cuisine. Be yourself ! Encouraging less rushed and more conscious living. The food we create is full of harmonious contradictions; through traveling the world we realized that every corner offers interesting food and different combination and we have developed a menu, which brings together vegetarian dishes with a creative twist. We are serious about sourcing the most genuine ingredients, filtering our water, and using organic non-processed and non-preserved products locally grown and from around the world to offer a back to basic, true to the original flavor and healthy alternatives. We offer few and specially sourced Fish and Seafood creations. Located in the heart of the emerging South Island Cultural District (SICD) artichoke [ canteen ] in collaboration with toof [ contemporary ] is offering a 4.500 sfqt multi-purpose platform, a flexible event location for private and corporate functions, including a spacious sun-flooded terrace facing the South China Sea and Green Hills of Hong Kong’s new Creative Hub.
