Salt City got a new member of the sports family. American Football Club Tuzla Saltminers is a project born as an idea of several football enthusiasts and guys who fell in love with american football. Out main goal is giving our fellow citizens a chance to learn about football culture and even practice it at semi-professional level, as much as making football popular in our country. Our organization is still in process of making and registration, which is done with a lot of help from colleagues at KAF Sarajevo Spartans. Tuzla is the only city which produced initiative for such thing, since it's the only major country center with a club, besides Sarajevo and Brcko District. Also, there is a competitive Regional AFL league for a couple of years now, including number of teams from Croatia, Serbia and our country. Final goal of this young project is to make stable AFL member, with competitive team and developed youth academy.
