McGill Bankers International Association, formerly McGill Bankers in Asia, is a not-for-profit organization, founded by four McGill students who are current offer-holders at top-tier investment banks in Hong Kong/Canada. The organization seeks to offer career coaching service for McGill students from all backgrounds interested in investment banking in the APAC region and beyond. We believe that our unique 1:1 mentorship program with real working professionals in the region, rigorous training and workshops as well as internship placement program will put our students in an advantageous position during the recruitment process. We also seek to demystify the investment banking industry in APAC for all McGill students and increase McGill’s presence in the APAC finance community.
