Latinx in Tech Toronto aims to create a space where Latinx* folks can gather and help one another as they enter, progress or promote the tech industry. This space is for folks who identify as Latinx, and that includes the Caribbean, Haiti and Brazil. We center Afro-Latinx, Indigenous, Queer & Trans folks. ABOUT X *The choice of using the letter ‘x’ in lieu of the binary gendered options of ‘a/o’, is a move to de-gender language and intentionally center Trans, Transgender, Two Spirit, Intersex, Non-Binary, Agender, Gender Non-Conforming, Gender Diverse, and Gender-Questioning folks.
