Most recently we have restored Dunbar Academy and Du Sable High School for CPS; New Trier High School for District 203 in Winnetka, IL.; Lincoln Park High School for the PBC; Lathrop Homes, Armour Square & Altgeld Gardens for the CHA; and Garfield Park Field House for the CPD. In addition to our extensive public sector work, our firm has restored many apartment buildings, hotels, mixed use facilities, office buildings and loft conversions.
