This role is a maternity leave replacement for 8 months.

By managing legal risks and facilitating smooth business transactions, you'll empower our sales and partnerships teams to scale confidently and sustain our leadership in transforming B2B sales intelligence.

How you’ll shape the future of :

  • Provide legal support to our in-house sales & support team (negotiating sales contracts, explaining legal issues to potential customers, etc.).
  • Independently draft, review, and negotiate a variety of policies and commercial agreements relating to Lusha’s partners.
  • Coordinate with other internal functions to ensure internal business alignment and compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Perform additional assigned projects as required by business needs.
  • Report and advise Lusha’s Director of Legal and Compliance.

Requirements

Here’s what we need from you:

  • 5-7 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Certification from the Israeli Bar Association or an equivalent qualification.
  • Expertise in SaaS licensing and data privacy regulations.
  • Proven ability to independently draft, negotiate, and manage agreements (sales, partnerships, procurement).
  • Experience working effectively within cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Hebrew.
  • Availability for hybrid work (3 days per week at the office).

Preferred Qualifications

● CIPP/US, CIPP/E, qualifications

● Generalist legal experience and a willingness to learn new areas of law

● Professional proficiency in other languages
