Cathic is a specialised mechanical services plumbing contractor whose employees have been successfully supporting the needs of Water Authorities and Industry for over 30 years. We specialise in complex and unique pipe work such as Polypropylene (PP) and Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) amongst others. Additionally we provide onsite supervision of work packages, such as mechanical installations on water treatment plants with daily or hourly hire of supervisors and skilled tradesmen. Cathic is the preferred installer for Piping and Automation Systems a George Fischer affiliate. Our capabilities also include all general plumbing and we are licensed with the Plumbing Industry Commission. We have equipment on hand and are certified in HDPE, PP & PVDF butt welding, EF welding, IR welding and socket fusion welding, and we are able to fabricate specialist fittings for all of the above. We are also able to perform stainless steel and carbon steel installation. Our staff’s experience and expertise in building water, waste-water and storm-water solutions are well known. We consider it critical to maintain a deep understanding of issues and challenges facing Industry, Water Authorities and Regional Australia.
