The UPI Loan Fund, a division of Unified Progress International Education, is a Community Development Loan Fund (CDLF). Our primary purpose is to provide affordable, low-cost loan products at varying interest rates (or no-interest rate in special cases) that will focus on the financial needs of unbanked and under-banked, low/moderate- income families and communities; particularly the marginalized consisting of African Americans and other people of color.
