Our central office is in Manhattan, however we own and operate multi-family and mixed-use properties throughout New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Our investment strategy is guided by generations of acquisition, development, and improvement of urban properties. We typically invest in assets with an identifiable value proposition, which generally means prospects for improving returns through redesign and repositioning. We also acquire select fully stabilized properties that generate an attractive risk-adjusted return, as well as selectively do ground-up development projects. We participate in a wide variety of sub-sectors within real estate including multi-family, mixed-use, retail, office, and industrial, with a particular focus on multi-family. We employ a tram of professionals on the ground in each area where we own and operate property.
