Marque d’or is an information and service provider in the Corporate Legal Services arena. In 1959, Marque d’or started as a business manufacturing seals, minute books and thereafter developed name searching with the privatization of this service by the Canadian government in the 1970s. As of the merger with CEJ in 1982, the Company offered a constantly increasing number of services to corporate law practitioners.In June 2010, the Corporate service division was acquired by Thomson Reuters Canada.
