Kaofela Quantity Surveyors is a practice of Registered Professional Quantity Surveyors. We perform Quantity Surveying Services in the building, civil and mining industries. Our services include all aspects of quantity surveying i.e. building cost consulting, viability studies, cost estimating, value engineering, bill production, tender procurement and evaluation, cost management and reporting, interim payment valuations, assessment of contractual and financial claims, project cost finalization and final accounts, building contract advise, reinstatement cost estimation and rentable area calculations. Our experience includes office, retail, residential, social housing, student housing, industrial, leisure, game lodges and civil projects for both private and public sector clients. Kaofela is Sotho for “together“, which is symbolic of our approach to delivering an interactive service in coordination with the other members of the project team.
