Kreative Technical Solutions (KRTS) is a consulting firm that focuses on software development and IT projects with government and commercial industries. We implement systems that encourage high work productivity and commitment. Our goal as a company is to ensure that our services meet the needs of specific government contracts. The company was founded by Alexandra and Richard Waver. Alexandra is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of KRTS. She has a business degree and three years of Management experience in Advertising and Marketing. She also has a Psychology degree which helps encompass systems for effective communication in business. Richard Waver is the Chief Technology Officer and has been in the IT industry for over thirty-five years. He has a Masters degree in Information Technology. He has worked on several large projects for commercial industries that focus on Insurance, Health, Telephony and Finance. Richard is currently working on large federal government projects for the IRS, Census Bureau, GSA and DOD. Through his career Richard has been a Scrum Master, project lead, and technical manager. He has the following certificates: PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master and has an active Secret Clearance.
