Zenon Asset Management is the spin off of Trea Direct Lending ("TDL"), a private debt fund investing founded in 2014. Zenon invests in senior secured debt in mid-sized companies in Spain, mainly sponsorless transactions. We target EBITDA positive businesses with a sustainable cashflow generation and hard assets that can be used as collateral. Our investors include Spanish and international family offices, pension funds, insurance companies and FOND-ICO (Spanish government), as well Zenon management.
