We are looking to acquire companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in the $10mm - $50mm range of enterprise value. We have an interest in playing an active role in supporting the management of the companies in which we are invested. Seeking to invest in companies that have the following characteristics: • Leadership market positions with high barriers to entry • Predictable cash flows, preferable with low capital expenditures/high free cash flow conversion • Current favorable industry macro or visibility to near-term secular uptrend • Opportunities to invest for growth • Family business, corporate orphans and various other ownership structures
