The Vision: Imagine understanding your form quantitatively with a squat, a deadlift, a kettlebell swing, or anything you can perform in the gym, and knowing when to push hard and when to recover. Wouldn't it be cool to track how fast you're exploding up shooting the hoop, punching that heavy bag, or hitting that tennis ball? Then imagine your clothing telling you some more biodata on just how you're moving about your day to day tasks- how you're sitting, walking, driving... We use biodata to help you understand your body in depth, and give advice on how to achieve better performance, recover faster, and feel the best you can in your body.
