The team at North Colony has more than 50 years of combined experience in commercial real estate and has been directly involved in acquiring and managing more than $2 Billion in assets throughout the U.S. with the majority of the assets located in the New England area. Our philosophy is to acquire assets at a discount to replacement cost with potential upside via operational efficiencies and/or market fundamentals. We identify specific markets and sectors we feel have opportunities and identify the most qualified operator for each acquisition. In looking for the right acquisition we look for assets which provide attractive cash returns during longer hold periods allowing us to be patient for market recoveries while diminishing our risk on the residual.
