I am a small lacrosse business that works primarily through E- Commerce and Vendor booths at youth tournaments. I create custom sticks by dying the heads with different designs. I also have started marketing my own environmentally friendly wax mesh mesh, hand dipped in my own wax mixture. I have begun offering this mesh in different colors due to requests by a number of customers, In some cases i will hand paint the mesh which does not last as long but it is more popular than it sounds. I Live in Georgia but I am from Ithaca NY near where the sport was first played and therefore try to instill the Native American Values into my marketing to get more people aware of the heritage and history of the game. This is also why i aim for a younger audience not only because it is ingrained in the Iroquois youth from birth but just like any other sport the more time spent practicing the stronger skills will be at older more competitive ages. what most of my business is centered around is how the Iroquois are essentially one soul with their stick, and if i can create a stick that embodies a players personality and play style the better and more confident they will become.
