Macon Volunteer Clinic provides free primary medical and dental care, as well as medication assistance, to working, uninsured adult residents of Bibb County. Services include, but are not limited to, primary medical care; dental exams, cleanings, restorative services, and extractions: eye exams and prescription eyeglasses; laboratory analyses; diagnostic services; dermatological services; non-narcotic prescription medication assistance; cancer screenings such as mammograms, Pap smears, and colonoscopies; dietary counseling; mental health counseling; and outpatient surgeries. Thanks to a generous network of caring volunteers and donors in the community, MVC patients receive all services at no cost to them.
