Invincible Me aims to improve the educational and life chances for all children through fostering positive mental health. In order to achieve this vision, we are working with primary schools to ensure mental health and wellbeing is an integral part of school life. Our program helps to build the knowledge and confidence of teachers and school staff to develop emotional resilience, empathy and coping strategies in all pupils, regardless of their background, family situation or additional learning needs. We also focus on the wellbeing of the teachers themselves, and work directly with the senior leadership team in schools to support and encourage this ethos.
