C&B Machinery is a builder of Production Grinding Machines, specializing in Disc Grinders. C&B has been in business since 1980 and started out primarily as a machine remanufacturer and rebuilder, always specializing in Grinders. Over our 30 years, we have performed services on all the named OEM grinding machines, as well as supplying our new double disc grinding product. C&B is privately owned and we have a full, highly-trained staff of Service Technicians and Machine Builders as well as in-house Controls Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. C&B supplies machines for a global list of customers, with the majority of sales being in North America (NAFTA Region). C&B provides complete turnkey grinding cells for all the U.S. automotive companies and their tier-one and two suppliers. Included in our customer base are aerospace, motorcycle, and bearing industries. We hold “preferred supplier” status with U.S. automotive companies, ISO 9001-2015 quality certification and R & M Green status with Ford Motor, we exercise in-house Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA) practices. In some key plants, C & B employs in-plant service representatives. We are committed to continually service, monitor and improve our designs and products. The entire machine, including all tooling, fixtures, controls and lubrication systems are designed, manufactured and installed at our facility. The end product is a domestically produced, turnkey grinding solution, custom built to exact customer specifications. These machines are fully supported after the sale by C & B Machinery and our qualified and trained service and support staff.
