Capital Hands Ltd. is the result of the hard work and dedication of our founder, Vishaw Chahal. Chahal is a lawyer from India who has worked his way from the ground up in Canada. He started with truck driving and moved into transportation equipment sourcing and sales and then equipment financing. In 2016, he started his own financing firm Vishaw’s extensive transportation background provides him with a wealth of knowledge and expertise when working for his clients. His background not only allows for creative financing solutions, but also the sourcing of equipment for our clients. In 2017, Vishaw’s brother, Sunny Chahal, joined the Capital Hands team. Sunny Chahal worked in the transportation industry for many years before starting his own trucking and 3PL business. He is a Certified Professional Accountant from CPA Ontario with a Bachelor’s in Accounting Honors from Brock University. His education allows him to combine the understanding of the transportation industry with strong financial analysis and consultation for our clients. 2020 has been a year of change for all of us, and brought change to Capital Hands with the addition of Megan McMulkin. She started her career in railway equipment financing and later worked in equipment financing for major lenders in Canada. McMulkin studied at Bishop’s University where she obtained her Bachelor of Commerce degree and later went on to the University of Alberta for her MBA in Natural Resources and Energy. She combines equipment knowledge and industry experience with financial expertise, allowing Capital Hands and our clients to offer additional products and services for a variety of business sectors.
