Private Market Partners, is an independent advisory firm that offers investment advisory solutions in private equity direct investments and asset management in private equity funds to family offices and institutional investors. We cover all aspects of investing in privately held companies or private equity funds, from sourcing attractive investment opportunities and executing the investment including valuation and due diligence, to managing the investment on the board of the company, working closely with the management to achieve its long-term goals. Investing: On behalf of our clients we invest 5m to 30m EUR in privately held companies focusing on technology and industrial sectors including material and processing technologies, medical- and clean-technologies, technology enabled services, and component suppliers. We are active in Switzerland, Germany and Austria and prefer majority or significant minority investment. Advising: We advise family offices and institutional clients with existing private equity investments in companies and/or funds, by managing their portfolio efficiently in terms of cash-flow, risk management and cost. We take an active role in managing and representing our client interests in order to execute their long term private equity investment strategy.
