Rival Downhole Tools, originally founded as Ashmin, was established in 2002 and has developed several successful downhole drilling technologies in our industry. In October of 2017, Ashmin commenced the expansion of our product and service offering with the ultimate goal of further penetrating the downhole tool market. In a matter of months, our company closed our locations in New Waverly, TX and Colombia and opened a new headquarters in Houston, TX. Our organization has doubled in size and we’ve transformed from an engineering firm for hire into a top tier, downhole tool technology provider.
