The WOW Network - Women Out Work exists to support, guide and connect with LGBT women who are either out at work or who would like to come out at work. We support all women, regardless of their job, from the shop floor to the boardroom. In 2016, 64% of LGBT women were too scared to come out at work - We are committed to making sure that number decreases, and supporting our members in the process of coming out in the workplace. We are the only network in the UK run by and dedicated to LGBT women, offering free advice, online support and social events across the UK to our members and champions.
