SNX Precision provides manufacturing, assembly, and engineering services building multiple different versions of the #nVision Edgebanding system. SNX Precision operates HAAS Milling and Turning centers supported by a Romer Arm inspection system. Assembly is supported by a proven supply chain delivering components when needed keeping inventories low. Also, inventories are organized in multiple Vertical Storage systems for maximum efficiency. Engineering designs using Solidworks CAD and machine programming is accomplished using MasterCam software. The business uses a complete ERP system called RealTrac to manage all of the required components to operate the business. SNX Precision's management system has been certified to ISO 9001.
