IJC was established on a unique concept in which a raw material supplier and a finished product consumer joined hands. This project was successfully implemented with an investment of USD 170 million and commissioned on 1st August 1997.The complex has the distinction of consistent high performance i.e., over 100% capacity utilization over last decade. The project complex consists of 224,000 MT/Year as (P2O5) Phosphoric Acid Plant, and 660,000 MT/Year dedicated Sulphuric Acid Plant and associated utilities and offsite facilities at Eshidiya and an acid storage facility at Aqaba.
