Minimatics, Inc., founded in 1961, provides precision machining services to the high tech community in Silicon Valley and other locations around the world. By the early 1980's Minimatics had grown from a small job shop to a manufacturer of hard disk drive parts, shipping over a million components each week. Today we machine components for the medical, aerospace, telecom and other industries, using a wide range of materials from exotic “controlled expansion alloys” including Kovar, Beryllium Copper, Cupronickel, Stainless all grades , Aluminum alloys, Polyimide (Vespel®) to commonly used metals and plastics. We routinely machine to tolerances of one 20th of the diameter of a human hair. We consistently exceed our customer's standards (civilian or military). In addition, we are both an ISO 9001:2008 and ITAR registered company.
