We currently cater and supply local restaurants, farmer’s markets and organic stores. We practice environmental friendly and water wise methods of farming, which positively contributes toward the lowering of our global carbon footprint. The science and methodology utilized by le Jardine is relatively new, unconventional, and opens up the doors to innovation and technology, further promoting the reduction of waste and pollutants produced by conventional methods of farming. Overall le Jardine aims to produce high-quality local products, known for freshness, quality, convenience and taste. We strive to keep up with industry trends, growing the newest varieties of specialty greens and mushrooms for a high-end market. Our ambition is to expand production by growing herbs, baby leafy greens, various types of lettuce etc. to extend the market season. We offer niche products capitalizing on the local movement and interest in specialty crops, cultivating produce so fresh it will literally be living upon delivery. We firmly believe in education and developing the minds of youth and have a strong motive in exposing under privileged persons to science and agriculture as a means of creating skills and developing an understanding which influences people to become self-sufficient, self-sustaining and self-empowerment via the acquisition of knowledge.
