Integrity Health Network, LLC is a network of independent medical providers who have determined that together they can raise the standard of care in the communities we serve. IHN provides the administrative backbone for our members - providing quality improvement / pay for performance program support, cost reduction strategies (through our long-standing group purchasing programs), risk management, billing & coding support, education and health plan contracting. Since its formation with the merger of Northstar Physicians Network, Inc., Northland Medical Associates of Duluth, P.A. and Carenorth Health in 2010, the organization has grown from its original 160 physicians to over 200 physicians plus other types of providers and a growing number of healthcare facilities as well. IHN's mission is to support independent providers by providing a vehicle to develop new, innovative and collaborative strategies and products to allow independent medicine to not only survive in the 21st century but buck the national trend towards eliminating competition and allowing independent medicine to be a competitive force to be reckoned with.
