HOW IT WORKS The Below the Line (BTL) Club brings together petroleum marketers and leading industry suppliers. We realize marketers have diverse needs. You have different purchasers, different regional suppliers, different credit and financial capabilities, and different purchasing volumes. The BTL Club is designed to reflect these differences while at the same time providing you with an even better deal than you could negotiate on your own. 1. Marketer members in the BTL club negotiate directly with BTL supplier members to obtain the offering and structure that best meets your individual needs. 2. BTL suppliers agree to offer marketers their best pricing for comparable business. In addition, suppliers agree to provide a rebate back to the Club. 3. Marketing members receive a rebate check once per year reflecting business conducted with supplier members.
