The Swan Collection was founded in 1999 and specialises in restaurants, bars and events. The Swan opened its first site in West Malling in 2000 and the second site at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre followed in 2007. In May 2012, Swan Collection opened Swan, English Restaurant at Chapel Down Winery in Kent. The Swan, West Malling is located in Kent close to Sevenoaks, Maidstone and just 30 miles from London. Two bars, a restaurant, library and three private dining rooms feature over three floors serving cocktails, breakfast, lunch, a la carte meals and Sunday roasts. In warmer months the Secret Garden opens, a Mediterranean inspired outdoor lounge. The menus reflect our signature British style with seasonal produce grown and reared by local farmers. Swan at Shakespeare’s Globe is located in Bankside, close to Borough Market, Southbank, London Bridge, The City & Tower Bridge. With views of the river Thames, the bar & restaurant are elegant, quirky & comfortable space to enjoy breakfast, a light lunch, afternoon tea, a la carte meal, Sunday roast or sip cocktails all year. The bar hosts live music and DJ sessions throughout the year. The menus reflect our signature modern British style with seasonal produce from local markets. Two private dining rooms, the Balcony Room and Underglobe, are available for hire for corporate events, award ceremonies, gala dinner parties, standing receptions, meetings, conferences, private parties, civil partnerships and weddings.
