Founded by restaurateur Greg Dodge, Zavino Hospitality Group features Mediterranean influenced concepts with multiple locations in Philadelphia and the emphasis on hospitality is just as important as the food, with the focus on being kind to everyone, staff and guests alike. The group's first project, Zavino, opened its doors in 2010 and quickly followed with its sophisticated sister, Tredici Enoteca. Since then, the company has expanded by adding additional locations for both concepts locally and abroad with a Tredici in DC, a Zavino opening in Kansas City, MO later this year and several more projects in the works.
