Crimson Energy Services (“CES”) is a privately-held Oklahoma-based saltwater disposal company focused on providing disposal solutions to operators in the SCOOP and STACK regions of Oklahoma. The CES team has over 50 years of industry experience and have financed, built, and managed facilities over their careers. The Company has two operational facilities, one in McClain County and one in Blaine County with a total permitted volume of 50,000 bwpd. By the end of 2021, the Company expects to have an additional 20,000 bwpd of capacity online and be at 150,000 by YE2022. CES also provides on-site freshwater, truck cleanout and solids removal services at it's locations and has a full-service construction division capable of large-scale oilfield and municipal projects.
