We are passive house certified and a member of the passiv house trust We are iATS approved to carry out air tightness testing covering the whole of South Scotland and the central belt. We are RIAS Energy Design Certification approved and members of QUIDOS which allows us to offer a full package covering all regulations under Section 6 of the building regulations. We are a one stop shop for all SAP calculations, air tightness tests and EPCs. The ability to provide all these services under one roof allows for any on site discrepancies to be dealt with there and then in a timely and cost effective manner providing a efficient cost effective service to all clients.
