The Tom Bearson Foundation is dedicated to keeping Tom's memory alive by providing funds for a variety of charitable community initiatives including: several local scholarships, youth basketball programs, and personal safety programs. Tom Bearson was a freshman at North Dakota State University and grew up in Sartell, Minnesota. Tom had been at NDSU for only four short weeks when he was murdered on September 20, 2014. At the time of this posting, the specifics to Tom’s death have not been released, and we do not know who did this to our amazing son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend.
