Clean Sheet is a national charity, part of the Langley House Trust Group, offering people with convictions the hope of a better future by finding real, permanent employment. We are a Christian charity working with people of all faiths and none. Working in collaboration with employers, prisons and community-based organisations, we supported 347 people into work in 2019. Our online Employers Directory has over 110 Clean Sheet organisations who agree to actively consider Clean Sheet Members (people with convictions) for employment, within the law, the terms of the individual’s licence and their own Recruitment Policy. Members receive exclusive access to the directory and can apply to roles with a Clean Sheet Employer knowing they will look beyond the stereotype and consider applications on merit, skills and experience. Members are also supported by our team who provide advice and encouragement for as long as it takes them to find work, as well as 12 months after employment is secured.
