Giudice, a Wall Street executive with over twenty years experience in strategic planning, information technology, marketing and international securities operations. His prior work experience includes Senior Vice President at a major brokerage firm, responsible for strategic planning and international operations; Consulting Partner at a "Big Eight" firm, serving the Wall Street community; and Information Systems Officer at a major trust and custody bank.
