Lowcountry Center for Veterans Research's (LCVR) mission to support the research-related activities of the VA (principally the Ralph H Johnson VA Medical Center) while enhancing its revenue and sustainability. The research program of LCVR is highly diverse and dedicated to finding new, better, and more cost-efficient methods of providing healthcare to our nation's Veterans. This program hosts investigations in medical research, health services research, and clinical trials research. Our researchers are nationally and internationally recognized physicians and scientists devoted to developing a better understanding of the causes of disease and how disease can be treated.
