We make pasta with organic ancient grains such as British Stoneground Spelt, Einkorn and Emmer flour - sourced straight from British farmers and millers of exceptional quality. Using artisanal methods means we can guarantee our pastas taste, texture and tenure of cooking is of the highest standard possible. We also cook the pasta at low temperatures in order to preserve all the nutrients within the grains. Sustainability is very important to us which is why we're very proud to have low food miles, be powered by green energy and plastic free packaging.
