Currently, it produces more than 400 top-of-the-range references at its Oliana facilities, including custom-designed recipes for catering groups and distributors in the HORECA sector. The products are made following the strictest quality policies, using the best ingredients from our land and following an optimal conservation process to keep all their qualities intact during their long shelf life. Just finished cooking, the products are deep-frozen in individual servings and vacuum-packed to preserve their texture and flavor, and are kept in the freezer at –18ºC for a minimum period of 12 months, without the need to use any type of additive. no preservative.
