Sleep Sisters, a team of actual sisters, are certified sleep consultants specializing in infants and children. Our mission is to help sleepy parents and their young children get back to sleep! Our basic philosophy about sleep is this: babies have a biological need for healthy sleep in order to be at their best. As a parents, it’s our job to make sure our kids are getting the right amount of sleep at the right times. Without sleep, our babies are missing out on major developmental growth opportunities AND they are cranky! Well-rested babies make happy parents which makes everyone much healthier. No matter what your view is on where your baby sleeps or if you want him to cry or not, we can all agree that babies need to form good sleep habits in order to be at their best.
