In 2002, Janet Flury and John Bali started Another Plumbing Company, LLC (APC). Together with their team, Janet and John bring almost 100 years of construction experience to their customers. As Managing Partner, Janet Flury oversees all aspects of administration and operations. John Bali, former Vice-President and partner in one of Chicagoland’s largest plumbing contractors, John has experience in all aspects of the business to include estimating and project management – in addition to his many years working in the field. He is especially skilled in high-volume workflow, coordination of materials, and responsibility of over 200 field personnel. John is also the past President of the Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors Association of Northern Illinois (PAMCANI) and has also served as a Welfare Trustee for Union Local 501. Commercial: APC project management is especially skilled in executing on large-scale construction projects – including the coordination of over 200 union personnel. Some past projects included; Meijer Stores, various hotels, LA Fitness clubs, brand-name retail (including Pets Mart), and much more. Our goal is to exceed expectations with respect to project timelines, quality execution, and relationship management. Residential: APC takes pride in impressing all future homeowners by producing high-quality work. This includes residential sub-divisions (single family and townhomes), condominiums, and apartment complexes. APC has worked in various subdivisions in the Chicagoland area – including many Lennar Homes developments. Roof Systems: APC employs experienced plumbers who specialize in roof drain repair and installation. Roofing contractors face unique challenges on significant re-roof projects – to include tight schedules and unpredictable weather conditions. APC has worked with various / intricate roof systems and provides on-going services to many of Chicagoland’s prominent roofing contractors, consultants, and architects.
