The Steps Forward is a platform which thrive to get women leadership and participation at all levels to foster gender equality and amplify women voices by helping them at every stage of their careers. We provide mentoring and career development programs and provide tools to students and young professionals to help advance in their career fields. We connect aspiring leaders with their role models. Our work also revolves around convening global leaders to encourage women emerging leaders with diverse background and experience. We frequently arrange discussions and forums on global issues related to advancement in gender equality. These events feature men and women thought leaders from different fields who share our vision of gender equality.
