The mission of Georgia Mountains Health Services is to respond to the medical, dental and behavioral health needs of our community by providing professional, compassionate and affordable quality healthcare to all. Founded in Fannin county, Georgia Mountains Health was born out of the local need for medical care in the area has provided quality primary healthcare services to all members of the community, including the medically, socially and economically disadvantaged since 1984. Currently spanning Fannin, Gilmer, Lumpkin and Murray counties, Georgia Mountains Health operates a network of four primary care medical offices, a school-based health center and a dental health center. As a non-profit, charitable organization, Georgia Mountains Health is focused on its mission of providing direct medical and dental care, community-based health screenings and health education to everyone, regardless of ability to pay.
