Our mission is to make falafel a staple in the American diet by showcasing the versatility of the product. The roots of our company originate from the streets of Egypt where founder, Tony Abdelmalek, was inspired to bring a piece of his family culture back to the States. He teamed up with Co-founder, Grayson Shurett, to create a company focused on introducing falafel to the local community without sacrificing quality.
