The unique features of 1°C Cold Brew Coffee: • Fresh coffee beans sourced directly from roasters. • Quality ingredients used and no artificial colouring, flavoring and preservatives added. • Cold brewing extracts a natural sweet coffee flavour that is low in acidity, high in alkalinity with strong high in health benefits as opposed to hot brew coffee which often releases a sour acidic taste that causes stomach reflux. • The coffee is intentionally styled without added sugar in the white brew. A very small pinch of brown sugar in the black brew to enhance its every day drinkability. • Our cold brew leaves a pleasant lingering aftertaste and makes one eager to take the next sip. Today, we have 4 flavours - Butterfly Blue Pea, Basil & Mint, Beetroot & Cardamon and Bergamot & Cinnamon cold teas. More teas flavours are in the works.
